By the nature of the properties in Normandy and Brittany much of our work consist of renovation and conversion of parts of buildings with agricultural origins.Be it turning old "caves" into lounges or complete barn conversions we supply a complete renovation service, including obtaining all permissions required and liasing with all the necessary authorities .
Often clients have trouble visualising the effect of the conversion envisaged so we can create computerised visualisations which demonstrate the feasability of the project and gives a clear idea of the space gained.
Some of these projects by necessity are carried out with the clients resident in the property . It speaks volumes that these same clients still call us back up to years later to carry out further works .
